Gaby Maalouf knew he wanted to do something extraordinary from a young age. Little did he knows, his ambition and family expertise would launch him into a whirlwind adventure in the casual and fast dining industry. Gaby, who graduated with high honors from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, polished his cuisine with some of Lebanese premium Family Business Maalouf and his Mother Om George, ventured into the restaurant business with determination for success and passion for fine cuisine. With confidence and 22 years of experience in the restaurant business, he took a blind leap of faith and opened a place of his own.
